Characteristic of SCANPAN's Fusion 5 series is the innovative multi-layer construction consisting of five aluminum or steel layers.

The aluminum core is located not only in the base but also on the sides of the cookware, thus enabling energy-efficient heat distribution and retention.

The layers of stainless steel and aluminum are alternately stacked, similar to a sandwich.

The high-quality 18/10 stainless steel layer inside the pots and pans ensures high wear resistance, and the steel layer cast into the base makes the Fusion 5 series suitable for induction.
