We offer customers in Switzerland a voluntary 30-day return policy from the date of receipt of the goods.
If a product does not meet your expectations, you can easily return it to us within this period.
Excluded from the right of return are:
- Gift vouchers
- Plants
- products ordered individually or specifically according to
- customer requirements
- Products from Orac Decor
- Warehouse clearance and special prices
The goods must be returned complete, unused, undamaged and in their original packaging.

Registering your return is easy:

Please send us the following information:
- Name
- Customer number (if available)
- Full address
- Order number
- Item to be returned
- Reason for return
After a quick review, we will send you the return slip and return label via email.
Please keep the shipping receipt with the tracking number until you receive a confirmation of receipt from us.
Free returns
Free returns
Returns within Switzerland are free of charge.
For smaller parcels, we will provide you with a return label, which must only be used for the return.
For freight deliveries, we will organize the collection directly with a forwarding agent. The appointment will be made directly with you. These returns are also free of charge.

Should you have received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our customer service.
For a quick resolution, we need the following:
- a photo of the damage or defect
- for incorrect deliveries, an additional photo of the item label
After review, we will arrange for a replacement, exchange, or refund as quickly as possible.

Once your return has been received and inspected, the refund will be issued within 14 days using the original payment method.
Please note:
For credit card payments, the credit may only appear on your next statement.

If a single-use voucher was used for your order, it will be considered redeemed after the order has been placed.
In the event of a return, the pro-rata voucher value of the returned item will expire. A cash payment or re-issuance of the voucher is excluded.
International Returns
International Returns
Returns from countries outside Switzerland and Liechtenstein are possible.
However, the costs for international returns must be borne by the customer.
