For orders over CHF 100, we deliver free of charge within Switzerland and Liechtenstein.
For orders under CHF 100, we charge CHF 9.90 shipping costs for parcel shipments.
Freight deliveries for furniture and large items are generally free of charge. Further information can be found in our General Terms and Conditions.

All prices include Swiss VAT (8.1%) as well as all fees and charges.

Parcel Post
Smaller items are shipped with Swiss Post or DHL.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation. If you need your tracking number, please contact us here.
Freight Delivery
Larger furniture and particularly fragile items are delivered with our Swiss freight partner.
As soon as your order is ready for dispatch, the freight forwarder will contact you directly to arrange a suitable delivery date.
Large furniture is generally delivered to the desired place of use, provided that local conditions permit. Additional expenses such as special transports or lift deliveries may be charged separately.
Optional additional services such as:
- Furniture assembly
- Unpacking service
- Disposal of packaging
- Disposal of old furniture
can be arranged directly with the freight forwarder.
Please note that no electrical installations will be carried out.

Delivery Times
Delivery Times
You can find the respective delivery time directly on the product page of the item.
Stock items usually leave our Swiss warehouse within 24 hours.
Ordered goods
If an item is currently not in stock, the estimated delivery time will be displayed directly with the product.
As this information depends on our manufacturers, there may be occasional delays. We will, of course, keep you informed about the current status of your order.
Shipping time
Within Switzerland, delivery time from dispatch is usually 1–2 working days.
For freight deliveries, delivery may take longer. The estimated delivery time is displayed directly on the respective product page.
Please note that we have limited influence over external transport service providers.

Delivery to PickPost & MyPost24
If you are registered with PickPost or MyPost24, you can also have your order delivered to a parcel station.
Please note that furniture and large items sometimes cannot be delivered to parcel stations.
Delivery to a desired address
You can specify a separate delivery address during the ordering process. The billing and delivery addresses do not have to be identical.
International Shipping
International Shipping
Shipping outside Switzerland and Liechtenstein is generally possible.
International deliveries are exclusively to the curb or front of the building.
