Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email.

Please note that longer delivery times may occur, especially for furniture and freight deliveries.

Smaller items are shipped via DHL Express.

Larger furniture and bulky products are delivered by the freight forwarder Sieber Logistik.

Depending on the product and scope of delivery, different shipping methods can be combined within one order.

Furniture and large items are delivered curbside as standard.

The freight forwarder will contact you before delivery to arrange an appointment.

Please ensure that access to the delivery address is possible.

For many furniture items, in-home delivery can be added as an option.

The available delivery options will be shown to you directly at checkout or on the product page.

Depending on the product, we offer additional services such as:

• Furniture assembly
• Packaging disposal

These services are carried out by external partners and may be subject to a charge.

Electrical installations are excluded.

Shipping costs are displayed transparently at checkout.

For orders over CHF 100, we deliver free of charge within Switzerland and Liechtenstein.

Additional costs may apply for certain furniture or special deliveries.

All delivery time information is non-binding.

In exceptional cases, delays may occur due to production bottlenecks, high demand, or transportation problems.

Should your delivery be significantly delayed, we will of course inform you as soon as possible.
