This high-quality braising pan features a minimalist design made from aluminum and steel. The stainless steel handle provides a secure grip and stays cool. The frying pan has a solid and easy-to-clean non-stick coating, offering maximum durability and ideal for quick meals. The large Ø 32 cm frying pan is equipped with an additional handle, making it easier to lift when full. The pans are dishwasher-safe, but will last longer if cleaned by hand. To ensure the pan lasts a long time, it is recommended to always wash/care for it with conventional cleaning agents and to avoid rapid heating or cooling.

The CTX series is equipped with SCANPAN's robust Stratanium® non-stick coating. This surface is easy to clean and is manufactured entirely without the chemical compounds PFOA and PFOS. All products in the CTX series are built from 5 layers, each with a specific function. Steel, for example, ensures long durability and aluminum provides excellent and even heat distribution. Bei der Herstellung wird zunächst recyceltes Aluminium geschmolzen und dannvon Hand in Gussformen gefüllt, bevor die Pfannen und Töpfe mit 250 Tonnen Druck gepresst werden. Dieses einzigartige Druckgussverfahren sorgt für eine gleichmässige Wärmeverteilung, wodurch ein hervorragendes Kocherlebnis garantiert wird. Eine aussergewöhnliche Qualität und hohe Anforderungen an den Produktionsprozess kommen nicht von ungefähr – sie sind das Ergebnis jahrelanger Erfahrung und erstklassiger Fachkenntnis.
