This classic braising pan is a multi-functional pan for the enthusiastic home cook. The high sides make stirring, adding broth, and long-term cooking easier. The pan is made of hand-cast aluminum, which allows for rapid heating and even heat distribution. The pan, including handles, can withstand oven temperatures of up to 260°C. For a long life, we recommend washing the pan with conventional cleaning agents and avoiding rapid heating and cooling.

Bei der Herstellung wird zunächst recyceltes Aluminium geschmolzen und dannvon Hand in Gussformen gefüllt, bevor die Pfannen und Töpfe mit 250 Tonnen Druck gepresst werden. Dieses einzigartige Druckgussverfahren sorgt für eine gleichmässige Wärmeverteilung, wodurch ein hervorragendes Kocherlebnis garantiert wird. Eine aussergewöhnliche Qualität und hohe Anforderungen an den Produktionsprozess kommen nicht von ungefähr – sie sind das Ergebnis jahrelanger Erfahrung und erstklassiger Fachkenntnis.
