Simply add water to the pan, then just place the eggs in the cups - which may already contain chives or diced ham. Cook the eggs for 3-4 minutes until the whites are set and the yolks are creamy. With this pan, poaching is no longer a problem.

SCANPAN Impact is manufactured with a 6.4 mm thick sandwich base with an aluminum core, which guarantees optimal heat conductivity. The handles of the pans and pots remain pleasantly cool even after a long time on the hob, and thanks to the clearly visible, integrated measuring scale, liquids can be easily dispensed without needing a measuring cup. The practical pouring rim also prevents spills when pouring liquids. SCANPAN IMPACT is suitable for all hob types.

Dieses einzigartige Druckgussverfahren sorgt für eine gleichmässige Wärmeverteilung, wodurch ein hervorragendes Kocherlebnis garantiert wird.
