Jedes einzelne Produkt wandert acht Mal durch die Hände der Mitarbeiter von SCANPAN, bevor es unsere Manufaktur verlässt. Der perfekt strukturierte Fertigungsprozess trägt dazu bei, das Versprechen einzuhalten zu können, dass du stets Freude an deinem SCANPAN-Kochgeschirr haben wirst. Bei der Herstellung wird zunächst recyceltes Aluminium geschmolzen und dannvon Hand in Gussformen gefüllt, bevor die Pfannen und Töpfe mit 250 Tonnen Druck gepresst werden. Dieses einzigartige Druckgussverfahren sorgt für eine gleichmässige Wärmeverteilung, wodurch ein hervorragendes Kocherlebnis garantiert wird. Eine aussergewöhnliche Qualität und hohe Anforderungen an den Produktionsprozess kommen nicht von ungefähr – sie sind das Ergebnis jahrelanger Erfahrung und erstklassiger Fachkenntnis.
