This IMPACT chef's pan can also be called a frying pan. The only difference is that the chef's pan has two short handles, which makes it very suitable as a serving pan. The rim of the Impact products is cleverly designed so that you can pour from any angle without dripping. The Impact series is made from 18/10 stainless steel. Stainless steel is easy to clean and therefore easy to keep clean for many years.
