This IMPACT chef's pan can also be called a frying pan. The only difference is that the chef's pan has two short handles, which makes it very suitable as a serving pan. The rim of the Impact products is cleverly designed so that you can pour from any angle without dripping. The Impact series is made of 18/10 stainless steel. Stainless steel is easy to clean and therefore easy to keep clean for many years.

SCANPAN Impact is made with a 6.4 mm thick sandwich base with an aluminum core, which guarantees optimal heat conductivity. The handles of the pans and pots remain pleasantly cool even after a long time on the hob, and thanks to the clearly visible, integrated measuring scale, liquids can be easily dosed without the need for a measuring cup. The practical pouring rim also prevents spills when pouring liquids. SCANPAN IMPACT is suitable for all hob types.

Bei der Herstellung wird zunächst recyceltes Aluminium geschmolzen und dannvon Hand in Gussformen gefüllt, bevor die Pfannen und Töpfe mit 250 Tonnen Druck gepresst werden. Dieses einzigartige Druckgussverfahren sorgt für eine gleichmässige Wärmeverteilung, wodurch ein hervorragendes Kocherlebnis garantiert wird. Eine aussergewöhnliche Qualität und hohe Anforderungen an den Produktionsprozess kommen nicht von ungefähr – sie sind das Ergebnis jahrelanger Erfahrung und erstklassiger Fachkenntnis.
