Why an Urban pan?

• Space-saving and practical: Thanks to the detachable handles, these pans take up very little space – both in the kitchen cupboard and on the hob. They can be stacked inside each other to save space, making them a popular must-have, especially in small kitchens.
• Multifunctional use: The detachable handles also mean that the pans can be transformed into a baking dish in no time. Simply unclip the handle and use the pan as a baking dish in the oven! This way, a variety of delicious dishes – from delicious cakes to juicy roasts – can be prepared without the need for a lot of cookware.

Jedes einzelne Produkt wandert acht Mal durch die Hände der Mitarbeiter von SCANPAN, bevor es unsere Manufaktur verlässt. Der perfekt strukturierte Fertigungsprozess trägt dazu bei, das Versprechen einzuhalten zu können, dass du stets Freude an deinem SCANPAN-Kochgeschirr haben wirst. Bei der Herstellung wird zunächst recyceltes Aluminium geschmolzen und dannvon Hand in Gussformen gefüllt, bevor die Pfannen und Töpfe mit 250 Tonnen Druck gepresst werden. Dieses einzigartige Druckgussverfahren sorgt für eine gleichmässige Wärmeverteilung, wodurch ein hervorragendes Kocherlebnis garantiert wird. Eine aussergewöhnliche Qualität und hohe Anforderungen an den Produktionsprozess kommen nicht von ungefähr – sie sind das Ergebnis jahrelanger Erfahrung und erstklassiger Fachkenntnis. Viele der Mitarbeiter von SCANPAN arbeiten seit 20 Jahren in der Produktionshalle und verfügen daher über wertvolles Know-how und exzellente Kenntnisse im Hinblick auf die Produktionsmethoden und Qualitätskontrollen.
