The classic Maitre D' copper cookware combines French elegance and timeless design in one series. The efficient multi-layer construction offers even and fast heat distribution as well as excellent temperature control – whether you want to sauté vegetables, melt chocolate, or prepare a sauce.
Maitre D' cookware is equipped with stainless steel handles that remain pleasantly cool even after prolonged use on the hob. The series has a copper coating on the outside, whose warm, reddish-brown shine adds elegant accents to the kitchen and looks very decorative when serving.

Der perfekt strukturierte Fertigungsprozess trägt dazu bei, das Versprechen einzuhalten zu können, dass du stets Freude an deinem SCANPAN-Kochgeschirr haben wirst. Bei der Herstellung wird zunächst recyceltes Aluminium geschmolzen und dannvon Hand in Gussformen gefüllt, bevor die Pfannen und Töpfe mit 250 Tonnen Druck gepresst werden. Dieses einzigartige Druckgussverfahren sorgt für eine gleichmässige Wärmeverteilung, wodurch ein hervorragendes Kocherlebnis garantiert wird. Eine aussergewöhnliche Qualität und hohe Anforderungen an den Produktionsprozess kommen nicht von ungefähr – sie sind das Ergebnis jahrelanger Erfahrung und erstklassiger Fachkenntnis. Viele der Mitarbeiter von SCANPAN arbeiten seit 20 Jahren in der Produktionshalle und verfügen daher über wertvolles Know-how und exzellente Kenntnisse im Hinblick auf die Produktionsmethoden und Qualitätskontrollen.
