Porcelain is formed from molded, fired clay, quartz, and feldspar. The porcelain items from our collections are glazed with a matte or glossy layer, which provides a striking appearance and additional protection for the material. Porcelain is extremely heat-resistant, but can become quite porous with rough use, which is why careful maintenance is recommended.
