The typically Japanese design language of the bulbous pot with its widely flared handle has been ultimately translated into the here and now by designers Metz + Kindler. The warmer is anything but a soulless tin frame, as is unfortunately often the case. The base is made of dark mango wood. Only the supports for the pot and tea light are made of high-gloss black stainless steel. The pot itself is also completely brought to life from stainless steel.
