The SCANPAN Classic series is classic, stylish and exceptionally durable cookware. The collection includes a wide selection of premium-quality pots and pans and is specially designed for gas and ceramic cooktops. The series is manufactured in Denmark and features the unique Stratanium® non-stick coating, a surface that is extremely durable, easy to clean and PFOA-free. SCANPAN Classic is made from hand-cast recycled aluminium, because protecting people and the environment is of paramount importance to SCANPAN.

Aluminium is a very lightweight material, making everyday handling in the kitchen effortless. The specially designed base of the Classic products ensures excellent heat conductivity as well as outstanding cooking and frying performance. The pots and pans in the SCANPAN Classic series are heat-resistant up to 260°C and perform beautifully both on the stovetop and in the oven. SCANPAN Classic—for a perfect cooking experience!

• The frying pans in the CLASSIC series feature SCANPAN’s famous non-stick coating, which means, among other things, that you can fry without fat.
• The pan handle is equipped with a patented locking system that uses no screws or rivets. This ensures that the handle will not loosen over time. The pan and handle can withstand oven temperatures of up to 260°C.
• For a long service life, we recommend washing the pan with conventional cleaning products and avoiding rapid heating and cooling.

Each individual product passes through the hands of SCANPAN employees eight times before leaving our manufactory. The perfectly structured manufacturing process helps us keep our promise that you will always enjoy your SCANPAN cookware. During production, recycled aluminum is first melted and then poured by hand into molds, before the pans and pots are pressed with 250 tons of pressure. This unique die-casting process ensures even heat distribution, guaranteeing an outstanding cooking experience. Exceptional quality and high standards in the production process do not happen by chance—they are the result of many years of experience and first-class expertise. Many SCANPAN employees have worked on the production floor for 20 years and therefore possess valuable know-how and excellent knowledge of production methods and quality control.
