The extreme sharpness of the high-performance ceramic blades allows for absolutely precise cuts. In addition, the knives are ultra-light and make cutting particularly effortless and pleasant. Due to the flexible ceramic blade, the knives have a particularly high break resistance. The ergonomically shaped, high-quality plastic handle lies comfortably in the hand. Ceramic blades are free of metal ions and thus corrosion-free. In addition, the blades of ceramic knives stay sharp for a particularly long time, so re-sharpening is not necessary for a long time, but possible. Kyocera ceramic blades are hand-ground. The knives are dishwasher-safe.
