Due to the flexible ceramic blade, the knives have a particularly high breaking strength. The ergonomically shaped high-quality plastic handle fits comfortably in the hand. Ceramic blades are free of metal ions and thus corrosion-free. In addition, the blades of ceramic knives stay sharp for a particularly long time, so resharpening is not necessary for a long time, but possible. Kyocera ceramic blades are hand-ground. The knives are dishwasher safe.
