SCANPAN Classic is made from hand-cast recycled aluminum, because for SCNAPAN, the protection of people and the environment is of unparalleled importance.

Aluminum is a very light material, which makes handling in daily kitchen use child's play. The specially designed base of the Classic products guarantees excellent thermal conductivity as well as excellent cooking and frying properties. Bei der Herstellung wird zunächst recyceltes Aluminium geschmolzen und dannvon Hand in Gussformen gefüllt, bevor die Pfannen und Töpfe mit 250 Tonnen Druck gepresst werden. Dieses einzigartige Druckgussverfahren sorgt für eine gleichmässige Wärmeverteilung, wodurch ein hervorragendes Kocherlebnis garantiert wird. Eine aussergewöhnliche Qualität und hohe Anforderungen an den Produktionsprozess kommen nicht von ungefähr – sie sind das Ergebnis jahrelanger Erfahrung und erstklassiger Fachkenntnis.
