SCANPAN Impact is made with a 6.4 mm thick sandwich base with an aluminum core, which guarantees optimal heat conductivity. The handles of the pans and pots remain pleasantly cool even after a long time on the hob, and thanks to the clearly visible, integrated measuring scale, liquids can be easily dispensed without needing a measuring cup. The practical pouring rim also prevents spills when pouring liquids. SCANPAN IMPACT is suitable for all hob types.
