This large and spacious wok from the HaptIQ series features the special Stratanium + non-stick coating. Its thick construction ensures perfect heat distribution in the pan, making it the ideal kitchen tool for preparing Asian-inspired dishes. To ensure the pan lasts a long time, it is recommended to always wash/care for it with conventional cleaning agents and to avoid it heating up or cooling down too quickly.

Bei der Herstellung wird zunächst recyceltes Aluminium geschmolzen und dannvon Hand in Gussformen gefüllt, bevor die Pfannen und Töpfe mit 250 Tonnen Druck gepresst werden. Dieses einzigartige Druckgussverfahren sorgt für eine gleichmässige Wärmeverteilung, wodurch ein hervorragendes Kocherlebnis garantiert wird. Eine aussergewöhnliche Qualität und hohe Anforderungen an den Produktionsprozess kommen nicht von ungefähr – sie sind das Ergebnis jahrelanger Erfahrung und erstklassiger Fachkenntnis. Viele der Mitarbeiter von SCANPAN arbeiten seit 20 Jahren in der Produktionshalle und verfügen daher über wertvolles Know-how und exzellente Kenntnisse im Hinblick auf die Produktionsmethoden und Qualitätskontrollen.
