Characteristic of SCANPAN's Fusion 5 series is the innovative multi-ply construction consisting of five layers of aluminum and/or steel.

The aluminum core is not only in the base but also on the sides of the cookware, enabling energy-efficient heat distribution and retention.

The layers of stainless steel and aluminum are alternately layered on top of each other, similar to a sandwich.

The high-quality 18/10 stainless steel layer inside the pots and pans ensures high wear resistance, and the steel layer cast into the base makes the Fusion 5 series induction-compatible.

Thanks to the perfectly coordinated aluminum-stainless steel combination, you save a lot of time when preparing food and consume less energy.
