This beautiful copper pan is from SCANPAN's Maitre D` series. It has a durable steel interior and a beautiful copper exterior. It can be used on induction and all other hob types. The handle is made of cast stainless steel. The base is optimised for fast and even heat distribution.

Maitre D' cookware is equipped with stainless steel handles that remain pleasantly cool even after prolonged use on the hob. The series has a copper coating on the outside, whose warm, reddish-brown shine adds elegant accents to the kitchen and looks very decorative when serving.
