The Classic series from SCANPAN is a classic, stylish, and extremely durable cookware collection. The collection includes a wide selection of premium quality pots and pans and is specially designed for gas and ceramic hobs. Due to its timeless design, SCANPAN Classic never goes out of style and is perfect for daily use – for many years to come!
The series is manufactured in Denmark and is equipped with the unique Stratanium® non-stick coating, a surface that is extremely durable, easy to clean, and PFOA-free. SCANPAN Classic is made from hand-cast recycled aluminum, because for SCANPAN, the protection of people and the environment holds unparalleled importance.
Aluminum is a very lightweight material, making daily use in the kitchen a breeze. The specially designed base of the Classic products guarantees excellent thermal conductivity as well as excellent cooking and frying properties. *Thanks to its low rim and perfectly sloping sides, the pancake pan is ideal for preparing crêpes, omelettes, and similar dishes. *The strong non-stick coating has many advantages: the pan is very light, has optimal heat distribution, and withstands metal tools.
*The pan can also be used in the oven. For a long life, we recommend washing the pan with conventional cleaning agents and avoiding rapid heating and cooling.
