Characteristic of SCANPAN's Fusion 5 series is its innovative multi-layer construction consisting of five aluminum or steel layers. The aluminum core is not only in the base but also on the sides of the cookware, enabling energy-efficient heat distribution and retention.
The layers of stainless steel and aluminum are stacked alternately, similar to a sandwich. The high-quality 18/10 stainless steel layer inside the pots and pans ensures high wear resistance, and the steel layer cast into the base makes the Fusion 5 series suitable for induction.
Thanks to the perfectly matched aluminum-stainless steel combination, you save a lot of time when preparing food and use less energy.
