KATON is a stylish solid wood chair with beautiful, rounded shapes in a timeless design. The seat and backrest of the chair are upholstered for optimal seating comfort and covered with a very high-quality fabric, which has a wear resistance of 40,000 Martindale. Ordinary stains can thus be easily removed with a damp microfiber cloth.

The KATON chair is available in various designs - in light or natural oak, optionally with light grey or dark grey cover or entirely in black.

**Martindale is a procedure that determines the abrasion resistance and thus the durability of fabrics. The Martindale method simulates the daily wear and tear of covers, especially seat covers and upholstery fabrics. Thus, a wear number is determined, which indicates when the fabric starts to wear out. For private use, between 10,000 - 15,000 Martindale are considered sensible.
