The RODDIE sofa collection is modern, robust, and contemporary. RODDIE sofas are spacious and offer wonderfully firm seating comfort. The tall metal leg frame makes the furniture appear sleek and airy. RODDIE is known for its timeless combination of colors and materials, inspired by the 50s and given a modern touch. The Copa leather look has a unique appearance and is a sustainable choice thanks to the use of leather scraps! The leather look consists of 70% cowhide fibers, 30% polyester, and has a Martindale of 30,000. The material consists of two parts: The bottom layer consists of recycled leather fibers, which give it its natural appearance. The top layer consists of a polyester top layer that protects the leather and prevents irregularities. This makes it a robust combination fabric. The microfiber is knitted from very small synthetic fibers. This manufacturing process ensures robustness and a fine, soft feel. The fabric is very colorfast. During use, the appearance and structure of the fabric will show more of its natural characteristics, but this does not change the durability and quality.
RODDIE is made from a combination of FSC-certified wood (pine, beech). With a Martindale of 30,000, the fabric is very well suited for busy, intense households. The seat contains polyurethane foam with a density of 30 kg/m3 (T3037). The backrest consists of a combination of 70% shredded foam and 30% silicone.
