The noble and exclusive gin glasses are mouth-blown and shaped by professionals in a very elaborate process. First the bowl is blown into a mould and the thick stem is pulled out of it by hand. Then the base is shaped with a wooden tool and attached to the stem. The complex process takes place while the glass is still hot and malleable. The fine rim is fire-polished to create a smooth surface. The stems are then hand painted with precious metal paints and fired at high temperatures.
The BALLOON glasses are therefore not only eye-catching, but each individual glass is a unique design

| Care instructions | We recommend cleaning by hand. Use lukewarm water and a gentle detergent. To avoid glass breakage in the sink, it is best to wash the glasses one after the other. Afterwards, they should be carefully rinsed with pure water of the same temperature. A clean cotton cloth can be used for drying or polishing, but linen or special microfibre cloths are better. This prevents streaks on the glasses. |
