Return period


We grant you a voluntary right of return of 30 days for customers from Switzerland.


If a product does not meet your expectations, you can of course return it within 30 days of receiving the goods.


We ask for your understanding that this regulation does not apply to purchase vouchers, plants or goods specially ordered at the customer's request. The prerequisite for exercising the right of return is that you return the goods to us complete, in their original condition, undamaged and in their original sales packaging. This also applies to Orac Decor products, as these are only ever ordered at the customer's request.


In general, the right of return applies to products purchased at the price offered in the store. Special prices agreed with the customer are excluded from the right of return.


If you have used a voucher for your order, which can only be used once, then this voucher has been used up by this order. The value of the voucher has been divided proportionally between the products you ordered. In the event of a return, the amount attributable to the returned product will be forfeited in full, even if the value of the products kept exceeds the minimum order value. The voucher value will not be paid out for returned items and no new voucher will be automatically entered as a replacement.


Registering a return


Returns at Bloomingloft are uncomplicated:


Call our customer service on +41 44 592 57 17 or simply send us a short email to info@bloomingloft.ch with the following details:


  • Name
  • Your customer number, if available
  • Full address
  • Order number
  • Item which is to be returned
  • Reason for return


One request: To improve our service quality, it is very helpful for us to know the reason for the return and, if necessary, a brief description.

After receiving your e-mail and a brief check, we will send you a returns bill and a returns stamp by e-mail.


As soon as we have received and checked the goods, we will refund you. Please keep the receipt with the consignment number until you have received notification of receipt from our customer service department, as we cannot accept responsibility for lost consignments if you are no longer in possession of the return receipt.


If you have received the ordered goods by a forwarding agent, you can also register the return using the method described above. We will then contact you as soon as possible to organize collection.


Free return shipment


Returns are always free of charge for you. For smaller parcels, you will receive a return label from us as described above under "Registering a return". Please always use the parcel stamp you receive from us for the return.


A return stamp is not required for collection by a forwarding agent. We will commission a forwarding agent to collect the parcel and the forwarding agent will contact you to arrange an appointment for collection. Of course, collection by the shipping company is also free of charge for you.


Complaints processing


Have you received a damaged or incorrect item? Then please simply contact our customer service on +41 44 592 57 17 or send us an e-mail to complaint@bloomingloft.ch. In such cases, we will of course always check whether a subsequent delivery of the item is possible.


So that we can process the complaint as quickly as possible, please send us a photo of the delivered item showing the defect. In the case of incorrectly delivered items, please also send a photo of the item sticker.


Once we have received the photo, we can take the necessary steps. Of course, we will also check whether we can offer you an exchange, in any case we will keep you informed by e-mail.


It would be great if you could keep the incorrectly delivered item with you until then. If an exchange is not possible, you will of course receive a refund.


Refund


As soon as we have received your return and the item has been accepted and checked by logistics, we will refund you the corresponding amount within 14 days using the payment method you used for the purchase.


Please note that the credit to your credit card will take longer than with a bank transfer, you will only see this on your next statement.

Returns from countries outside Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein


It is possible to return products from outside Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein, but the customer must bear the costs for the return shipment.
