The Board S - recycled from ancient wood
THE.BOARD is made of authentic French wagon parts that are no less than 80 to 100 years old. Originally, the wooden boards are very dark and raw. By scraping them back to a thickness of 4 cm, the result is a beautifully smooth board with a warm, robust appearance. Because each board is unique, each THE.BOARD is one of a kind
On both sides the serving board has the characteristic buffalo leather handles, of course with the logo of Nikki.Amsterdam. This not only looks good, but is also very practical. THE.BOARD is finished with linseed oil, so you can use it immediately.
When it comes to maintenance, THE.BOARD doesn't ask for much. Please don't put it in the dishwasher, but clean it with a damp cloth or a soft brush. Regular rubbing with linseed oil will keep the colour beautiful and food residues will not be absorbed.
