The Kyocera knife series KIZUNA convinces through quality and aesthetics
Kizuna is the Japanese word for bond. Because of their exceptional design and outstanding properties, an emotional bond is created between owners and Kizuna ceramic knives in an incomparable way. The ceramic blades are manufactured using the so-called HIP (Hot Isostatic Pressing) process and sintered a second time at a temperature of 1,500 °C and with a pressure of up to 20,000 t/m2
The blades are then finished with the traditional Sandgarten wave structure. The stainless steel applications on the handmade and riveted Pakka wood handle complete the aesthetic picture. Only a knife series of great perfection can bear the name Kizuna.
- high-quality ceramic blade made of zirconia ceramic refined with Sandgarten wave structure
- Ceramic knives do not transfer metal ions and are therefore neutral in taste and smell
- with stainless steel applications on the handmade pakka wood handle
- hand-ground, flexible and ultra-sharp blade made of high-performance ceramics
- ultra-light high-tech material, extremely hard and corrosion-free, made of flexible, break-resistant high-performance ceramics
