In 1901, the first iconic Mason Cash mixing bowl was designed and manufactured in a pottery in Church Gresley, at the heart of the English ceramics industry. The design of the bowl has stood the test of time and has become a design classic over the years. The pottery itself became known worldwide for producing kitchen items in a variety of "white and tube" glazed earthenware.
