The stylish garden table MILO has an extravagant frame made of stainless steel in black. The beautiful table top in stone look is made of HPL. HPL stands for "High Pressure Laminate", so it is laminate pressed under high pressure. To produce HPL, several layers of paper are soaked in melamine resin. After curing, the resin creates a thermosetting plastic. This means that the material subsequently no longer deforms and can withstand temperatures of up to 180°C. HPL is particularly recommended if you are looking for an absolutely robust material for a table top. It is frost-proof and easy to clean. With normal use, HPL is also relatively scratch-resistant. This makes HPL particularly suitable for tables that cannot be stored in the winter months or that are left outside all year round. The weatherproof HPL not only withstands direct sunlight and rain for a long time, but also has no problems with high humidity, such as that experienced in fog. The surface is usually easy to clean with clear water or soapy water.
