Halifax is an oval ceiling-mounted ethanol fireplace with a 1.5 liter bioethanol burner, which has a burning time of up to 6.5 hours per filling.
The Halifax ethanol fireplace is made of 4 mm thick steel that has been powder-coated black for a beautiful finish. A safety glass is fitted in front of the flames to protect them from small gusts of wind and draughts.
You mount the fireplace to the ceiling using the bracket and ceiling rod supplied.
The fireplace is available with the following ceiling rod lengths 50/75/100/125/150/175/200 cm.

We recommend installing the fireplace between 80 and 120 cm above the floor.

CACHFIRES was founded in 2010 by the brothers Casper Winberg Lanng and Christoffer Lanng Mortensen in Denmark because it is becoming more and more difficult to install wood-burning stoves in more and more countries. Both because installation in houses and apartments is difficult and because there will be more rules and restrictions against wood-burning stoves. This is due to the increased focus on the environment.
Since their childhood, the brothers have spent many cozy evenings with the family around the wood stove. But the joy faded when they had to move house one day and realized how difficult it was to install a wood-burning stove. The brothers therefore set out to find an alternative that could provide the family with the same cozy atmosphere. They found both the bioethanol fireplace and the electric fireplace, but the brothers lacked more information about safety, installation and use. For this reason, the two brothers decided to take matters into their own hands. They made themselves experts in the field. They then decided that others should also benefit from their knowledge. That's why they started Frima Cachfires, to give others the opportunity to create the perfect fireplace atmosphere without having to install a chimney and have a building surveyor's permit.
