After years of experience as a product designer, Knut Bendik Humlevik became creative director of New Works in 2014. He continues the history of New Works in collaboration with a number of internationally renowned designers and also contributes his own pieces to the collection. New Works was founded by Nikolaj Meier and Knut Bendik Humlevik out of a desire to create a design house where design is brought to life with care and intention and where there is room for creative experimentation - a place for new work. While Nikolaj juggles numbers and the day-to-day business as CEO, Knut Bendik is responsible for the special look and feel as Creative Director. Together with a small, dedicated team, they set out to define a curated collection of upscale, yet accessible, residential properties.
